What is an active connector?+

A connector is an independently usable charging outlet. A dual-connector charging station is counted as two connectors.

What changes with annual billing?+

The per-connector rate is billed annually and is 20% lower than the monthly rate: $8 instead of $10 per connector per month.

Are mobile apps included?+

White-label CSMS and driver web app included. Native iOS and Android apps available as an optional add-on.

Can Sock8 run in our infrastructure?+

Yes. The Customer-Hosted Perpetual License supports private-cloud or on-premise deployment with customer-controlled infrastructure.

Is the OCPP Testing Tool part of a platform plan?+

It is a standalone, cloud-hosted tool with lifetime access for $199. It supports OCPP 1.6J and 2.0.1 for up to five users.

What affects the final quote?+

The final quote depends on integrations, hosting requirements and connector volume.
